景色が表示されません
上空からの景色は Apple マップの 3D 航空写真を読み込んで表示しています。読み込む量が多いので、Wi‑Fi でのご利用をおすすめします。はじめの設定では、モバイル通信(テザリングを含む)のときは、起動したときと、飛んでいる途中で Wi‑Fi から切り替わったときに止まり、「モバイル通信で使う」か「Wi‑Fi を待つ」を選べます。
モバイル通信で使いたくない・毎回聞かれたくない
パネルの「設定」→「通信」で、「Wi‑Fi のみ」(モバイル通信では Wi‑Fi につながるまで待ちます)、「モバイル通信 + Wi‑Fi」(確かめずに使います)、「モバイル通信のときは確認する」から選べます。「Wi‑Fi のみ」で待っている画面の「空を飛ぶのモバイル通信をオフにする」から、このアプリだけモバイルデータ通信を使わないように設定することもできます。
画面が消えません
アプリを表示している間は、景色を眺められるよう画面をつけたままにしています。ほかのアプリに切り替えるか、ホーム画面に戻ると、いつもどおり自動で画面が消えるようになります。
都市によって景色の細かさが違います
建物が立体的な写真で見えるのは、Apple マップが 3D の写真に対応している都市だけです。「マイ都市」に自由に登録した都市は、対応していなければ平らな航空写真になります。
行きたい都市を登録したい
画面をタップして出るパネルの「マイ都市」→「＋」から、好きな都市を登録できます。Safari で都市のページを見ているときに、共有ボタンから「空を飛ぶ」を選んで登録することもできます。
広告を消したい
パネルの「設定」→「広告を削除」から購入できます（500円・買い切り）。機種変更後は、同じ画面の「購入を復元」で戻せます。
不適切な広告を見かけたら
広告の隅にある ⓘ（AdChoices）のマークから、広告を出している Google に報告できます。下の「お問い合わせ」から、見かけた日時と広告の内容を知らせていただくこともできます。アプリの「設定」→「不適切な広告を報告」からこのページを開けます。

The view doesn't appear
The aerial views are 3D imagery loaded from Apple Maps. Because a lot of imagery is loaded, Wi‑Fi is recommended. By default, on mobile data (including a personal hotspot) the App pauses at launch and whenever the connection switches from Wi‑Fi during a flight, and lets you choose "Use mobile data" or "Wait for Wi‑Fi".
I don't want to use mobile data / be asked every time
In Settings → Connection, choose "Wi‑Fi only" (waits until Wi‑Fi is connected), "Mobile data + Wi‑Fi" (uses mobile data without asking) or "Ask when on mobile data". While waiting in "Wi‑Fi only", "Turn off mobile data for Sky Stroll" lets you stop just this App from using mobile data.
The screen stays on
The screen stays on while the App is open so you can keep watching. When you switch to another app or go to the Home Screen, it turns off automatically as usual.
Some cities look more detailed than others
Buildings appear in 3D only in cities where Apple Maps offers 3D imagery. Cities you add yourself in My Cities show flat aerial imagery if 3D isn't available.
Adding cities I want to visit
Tap the screen to show the controls, then My Cities → "＋". You can also use the Share button in Safari and choose "Sky Stroll" while viewing a page about a city.
Removing ads
Open Settings in the controls → Remove Ads (one-time purchase). On a new device, use Restore Purchase on the same screen.
Reporting an inappropriate ad
Tap the ⓘ (AdChoices) mark in the corner of the ad to report it to Google, which serves the ads. You can also tell us when you saw it and what it showed via "Contact" below. In the App, Settings → Report an inappropriate ad opens this page.
